Stop by the Samuel Wentworth Library this Thursday, and talk to Danielle Paquette-Horne, Sandwich's Community Nurse. Danielle can check your blood pressure, answer questions about medication side-effects, see if those cold symptoms might really be due to spring pollen, sign you up for Meals on Wheels, arrange for someone to take you to a medical appointment, help you locate a social service agency or a private-duty nurse and more. You can also schedule a home visit with her -she makes house calls every Wednesday and Thursday. It’s all free! 

Most of the time Danielle sees patients at home by appointment through danielle@sandwichcommunitynurse.org or her cell phone: 603-916-0654. But once a month Danielle hosts an Ask the Nurse session at the Wentworth Library.
